Meet Reagan
Reagan joined Cohen Davis Solicitors in September 2022 following graduating from the University of Law in London with a 1st class LLB degree and a distinction in the Legal Practice Course.
Reagan qualified as a solicitor in December 2024 and assists the legal team in all areas of internet and social media law, with a keen interest in defamation, harassment, and blackmail cases. He has worked on several emergency injunctions against persons unknown and is actively involved in pre-action and litigation work. Notably, Reagan has worked on cases such as Rodgers v Brookes [2025] EWCC 31 which resulted in a trial in the County Court determined in our clients favour (see judgement here: Kate Rodgers v Laural Brookes - Find Case Law - The National Archives). Other examples of cases worked on by Reagan include BBG v Persons Unknown [2023] EWHC 2355 (KB), Aye v Meta Platforms Inc [KB-2023-003185], and ProCare Shower & Bathroom Centre Limited v Regal Care Shower Trays Limited and others QB-2022-000925.
Beyond the legal realm, Reagan enjoys playing football and attending music events. He is also dedicated to charitable causes including playing a role in organising the London Legal Walk on behalf of the firm as well as having previously run 15km to raise funds for the NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic.
