Additional information: Our client, an international investment company was defamed on the internet by disgruntled investors. This included publishing a highly defamatory video on YouTube, which included defamatory comments. Interestingly, despite the size of our client's business our specialist internet lawyers manage to demonstrate serious financial harm that the defamation on YouTube was costing the company in excess of 1 million pounds. Subsequently our lawyers facilitated the removal of the defamatory YouTube video from the internet.
