Additional information:Our defamation solicitors removed highly defamatory reviews posted on Yell.com on behalf of our client, a successful business owner who owned a national plumbing business and was relying on reviewing new leads through Google searches. A competitor posted fake reviews on Yell. The fake review had caused substantial loss of revenue as they were within the first page of Google when searching the client’s business. Our lawyers communicated with Yell to request that they remove the false review from Yell website. The review was removed without the need to issue future legal proceedings.
