Additional information: We acted for a major electrical manufacturer and their UK sole distributors to facilitate the removal of fake, counterfeit and compatible items from Amazon sale. Our clients had in excess of 20 items being sold on Amazon as compatible, which resulted in losses of large volume of sales. Additionally we removed from Amazon sellers who used our clients’ copyright and trademarked images to sell alternative yet similar products to the original goods. .
